This policy covers RRTech and its two practices, RRCyber and RRDC, and their websites rrtech.ca, rrcyber.ca and rrdc.cloud. We collect as little as we can, keep it only as long as we need it, and never sell it.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Rapid Response Technologies (RRTech), RRCyber and RRDC are business names of LEEWILL CONSULTING SERVICES INC. ("we"), an Ontario corporation based in Toronto. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
You can contact us at privacy@rrtech.ca about anything in this policy.
If you fill in the contact form on any of our websites, or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the services you're interested in, and your message. We use it only to respond to you, arrange a call and follow up on that conversation.
Like every web server, ours records basic technical details of each request: the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's self-description. We use these records only to keep the sites running and secure. Our websites set no cookies and use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
The contact form is provided by Microsoft Forms and shown inside our pages. When it loads, your browser connects to Microsoft, which may set its own cookies and collect technical information under Microsoft's privacy statement.
RRCyber's live threat map is built from the server's records of attempts to break into it. It publishes only countries and counts. It never shows an IP address, and ordinary visits to our websites are not counted.
To protect an RRCyber client's business we process information about its devices, user accounts and security events, as described in the service agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs client data.
RRDC helps you plan and move workloads to private cloud. The infrastructure itself is provided under your own agreement with the private cloud network, and that agreement and the network's privacy policy govern the data you run there.
We never sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:
Information processed outside Canada is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts and authorities. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We send commercial email only with your consent, as required by Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL). Every message we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
We apply the same practices RRCyber recommends to clients: access limited to the people who need it, encrypted connections, key-only access to our server, automatic security updates, and automatic blocking of repeated break-in attempts.
If a breach of our safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and report it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as PIPEDA requires.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email privacy@rrtech.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If we change this policy, we'll update it on all three websites and change the date at the top.
