An agent on every computer, a security operations centre watching all of them, and a response that acts on threats rather than just reporting them. Enterprise-grade protection, priced per device.
A small agent goes onto each Windows, macOS and Linux computer. It runs quietly on top of the antivirus you already have, including Microsoft Defender, rather than replacing it.
RRCyber · a few daysThe security operations centre monitors for what matters: attackers trying to stay hidden, ransomware, abuse of remote access tools, and the footholds attackers leave behind.
Huntress SOC · continuousWhen something looks wrong, a person reviews it. That's how false alarms stay under one percent and you aren't buried in noise.
Huntress SOC · on detectionThe affected machine is isolated so it can't reach the rest of your network, and the analyst works to remove the threat and close the way in.
Huntress SOC · on confirmationWe explain what happened in plain language. If a machine needs restarting, we arrange it with you so it doesn't land in the middle of someone's work.
RRCyber · same dayA one-page executive summary in plain language: the protection in place, what was investigated, and what was contained. Useful for your records, your insurer, your board, and any client who asks.
RRCyber · monthlyAttackers today rarely break in with obvious malware. They borrow tools that are already trusted on your machines and hope no one notices.
The SOC watches for the early behaviour of ransomware, so an affected machine can be isolated quickly to limit how far it spreads.
Abuse of legitimate remote access software rose 277% last year. Unauthorized use is flagged and investigated.
Attackers who get in try to stay in. The hidden mechanisms they use to survive a restart are hunted for and removed when found.
Defender alerts are watched and acted on, and Defender settings are enforced, so the protection you already have stays configured and running.

Large organizations pay for this capability with in-house teams, long contracts and tooling they run themselves. You don't have to.

No security service can detect or stop every attack. What we commit to is round-the-clock monitoring and a fast, human-led response when something is found.
Endpoint protection covers your computers. To protect the accounts your team signs in with, add Managed ITDR. To harden Microsoft 365 itself, add Managed ISPM. To train your people, add Managed SAT.
Where your data goes. Security data from your computers and accounts is processed by Huntress, our security operations partner, in the United States. Huntress handles it under a data processing agreement that covers Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA), notifies us of any breach affecting it within 72 hours, and redirects government requests for it to us where the law allows. If your organization has rules about where data can be processed, raise it on your call and we'll walk through it before anything is installed.
Thirty minutes. We'll look at how your computers are covered today, what would happen if one were compromised after hours, and where the gaps are. A plain answer either way.
